The Ridge Health Club has been open since 2009. Our facility includes tournament quality racquetball courts, weights, cardio equipment, tanning and a group fitness area. We recently expanded and tripled the size of our weight area. We pride ourselves in our family and personalized atmosphere. Memberships include a semi monthly consultation with our trainers to help keep you on track to a healthier you (not required and NO pressure from the trainers). We also offer private and semi private training.
