After making soap for a year, and getting excited to gift it away to all my family, I realized that I really had a passion for creating homemade bath products. I toyed with the idea of making this into a business, but I truly wanted others to experience handcrafted soaps, lotions and other items that were using, but without the chemicals, toxins and additives that are present in commercial bath and beauty products.

Since soap making was fun for me, I wanted to bring that fun and excitement into the lives of others. Hence the name... THE RUBBER DUCKY SOAPERY. The goal is to make bath time more FUN for you! Plus, handcrafted soaps are just plain better for ya!

I make sure to have a selection of Vegan Products to choose from but I love soap made with Lard! Making a Lard Soap, that feels like the good ole' fashion way that our ancestors made it. Makes me feel like a pioneer! I like using cocoa butter, coconut oil and using essential oils for scents and aromatherapy. Nothing is more calming than a lavender lotion or linen spray using real lavender essential oil.
