The Savage Norde provides custom made metal, leather, and wood crafts to people In the Northwestern United States that appreciate high-quality craftsmanship at affordable prices. Our business is dedicated to preserving the finest craftsmanship through the passion we invest in every piece we create to constantly set industry standards. We use a combination of traditional and modern methods unless a client specifies differently. The Savage Norde's knowledge and passion for traditional methods combined with our willingness to explore new opportunities within our product lines carries on the tradition of the craft through apprenticeship and mentoring programs. Our supplies come from local businesses as much as possible and we do our best to limit our environmental footprint. Our employees become our family and together we stay humble to our craft.

Return Policy:

Thank you for choosing The Savage Norde. It is our standard policy to ensure 100% satisfaction to all our customers. We take pride in our custom crafts and all of our goods. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please return the retail item you purchased from us within 10 days in the original condition it was purchased for a complete refund. Simply present your sales reciept and you will be refunded through the payment method originally tendered.

If you order a custom commission from one of our artists, we back our work without hesitation. If you are not completely satisfied when the project is finished, please return the piece within 30 days for a refund. Please note, we require a non-refundable deposit for every project started, prices will vary.

Refund of deposit will be left to discretion of The Savage Norde as we know each case is different.

We will not take returns if the item in question has been damaged or tampered with.

Returns after the 30 day period will be left up to the discretion of “The Savage Norde.” We want to ensure the best service for all of our customers and review each case seriously.

We are located in Kennewick, Washington. Our business is blooming and we are ecstatic. To all of our fans, THANK YOU! If not for you we would not be at this milestone. We attend conventions and renaissance faires and have merchandise for sale. Some locations we are able to give live demonstrations. We look forward to hearing from our valued customers and venues.
