SHAVED SNOW: a dairy free ice-cream like dessert that is much lighter, smoother, and more delicious than ice cream. Made of extract of soy, rice, or coconut with real fruit or other ingredient flavors into blocks and shaved into beautiful snow. Described by many as frozen cotton candy, has under 100 calories per serving. There are currently 21 flavors offered along with more than 60 topping choices with complimentary sauces including Ghirardelli Chocolate, White Chocolate, and Caramel Sauces and Condensed Milk.

BUBBLE TEA (Boba Drinks): ranging from Flavored Tea, Milk Tea, Smoothies and Slushes, our drinks are made of the best ingredients. With the brewing technique taking more than 2 years to perfect, the tea here is not one that could be found else where. Balanced with blend of flavors that take hours to prepare, our flavored teas and milk teas are extremely refreshing and thirst quenching with sweetness level adjustable. Slushes & smoothies are made with real fruit.

Burnt with the desire to establish a dessert shop that is unique, the Snowflake Factory team has traveled the world since 2009 in search of the best ingredients and learn of the best techniques to create the healthy and delicious shaved snow dessert and refreshing boba drinks we're offering today. Having owned & be employed at different restaurants prior, the team was equipped with ample of resources and opportunities to carry experimentation that help us to come up with the most well balanced refreshments we carry today. We also make sure they are made of the healthiest ingredients as well.
