Directions Heading North:
We are located just off Route 146 north, 15 minutes from Providence. Take Forestdale exit and turn left at the top of the exit. The Village Haven is one mile down on the right.
Directions Heading South:
Head south on Rt. 146 coming from Worcester, take the Forestdale exit. (First exit in Rhode Island) Turn left at the top of the exit. Then take the first right at the first set of lights on to School Street. The Village Haven is one mile down on the right.
