Emphasizing the custom cake experience, our Chef , Dave Knight, is classically trained in European style pastry and blends modern techniques to bring new fun flavors to desserts.
Having received an Associate Arts degree at New England Culinary Institute and a Certificate from Baltimore Culinary institutes has prepared Chef Knight for an Instructors role at Le Cordon Bleu and currently teaches at the Art Institute in Denver.
