The Way can be best described as a missional church, "... shaped by participating in God's mission, which is to set things right in a broken, sinful world, to redeem it, and restore it to what God has always intended for the world" (Lois Barrett).
With a vision of living differently in an indifferent world, The Way has three primary emphases: discipleship, mission, and community.
