The Weed Lady is a locally owned and operated gift shop, greenhouse, and florist. From the moment you see the rustic stone and wood gift shop surrounded by lush landscape, you know that this is no ordinary retreat. Our gift shop specializes in quality garden-designed architecture, statuary, and home furnishings as well as unique candles and bath and body products. The flagstone floors of our greenhouse are haven to baby tears and volunteer ivy, a small sample of the green life that abounds throughout the rest of the greenhouse. It is filled with annuals and tropicals in the springtime, overflowing with unique pots and cascading hanging baskets. We heat the greenhouse year round, enabling the King Tut grass, Bird of Paradise, Calla Lilies, succulents, and scented geranium to reach mammoth heights and supplying our customers with cheery houseplants in the midst of dreary Michigan winters. During the summer customers stop in for a bouquet of flowers fresh from our cutting garden. Count on us to supply the annuals, perennials, trees, and shrubs you need to transform your home and garden into a natural wonderland you will never want to leave. We also offer full landscape services (water features, stonework, landscape planning and maintenance) and floral design for weddings, funerals, or any event that calls for The Weed Lady touch.
