Service is a big part of what we do. Not only do we service what we sell, we also provide ongoing service and support for even some of our competitors’ products. You can rest assured knowing our certified technicians will work diligently to repair your stove or equipment in a timely manner.

NFI Certification

We have always been committed to giving our customers the safest and highest quality service available. We continue to do that today by maintaining certification through a national independently produced certification program for hearth professionals, National Fireplace Institute (NFI). We also have factory training on the products we carry.

NFI Trained Technicians

Power Equipment Services

The Woodway Power Equipment professionals carry certification from PES and Kohler. As factory authorized dealers we're confident that you'll have answers for your questions and source for any future maintenance issues.

Toyo and Monitor Repair Services

The Woodway Service Department services Monitor and Toyo heaters. We can install and repair your Oil Miser water heater as well. With an emergency 24 hour service callout team, we are here when you need us day or night at 50 below or 50 above.
