Thomas Moreland Fitness focuses on providing functional exercise that you can apply daily to live your life feeling strong, healthy and confident. It is our mission to provide a results based studio that is safe, clean, high energy and fun for all that enter! I will continue personal training and the classes that are in place now and plan to add more in the near future.
