Tomáš Monosi has provided the area with his catering service for more then ten years. After seeing how successful his catering was and discovering his passion for fine cuisine, he was inspired to do more for the community. Through this drive, he opened Cafe Tomas' which evolved his passion even further, and brought us to the opening of Tomáś Tapas Bar and Restaurant, a blend of the traditional Spanish tapas bar and a conventional American and Mediterranean fusion, three-course-meal restaurant. The unique Spanish and Basque fusion menu was derived out the hands of Executive Chef Andréa Stevenson. She was inspired by her experience from studying abroad in Spain, while obtaining her bachelor's degree from the Culinary Institute of America. Tomáś Restaurant welcomes all, accommodates party bookings, lunch and dinner. We look forward to you "experiencing the cuisine!"
