Dr. Halladay graduated from California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco, CA in 1981. He did his residency at J.L. Pettis Memorial Hospital in Loma Linda, CA. He has been board certified in Podiatric Surgery since 1986. Dr. Halladay moved to Tooele in 1983 where he purchased Tooele Foot Clinic and has been practicing ever since. Dr. Halladay has served as the president of the Utah Podiatric Medical Association twice, he is currently the Coordinator for the Political Action Committee of the Utah Podiatric Medical Association.

Dr. McKenzie is a podiatric surgeon who joined the Tooele Foot and Ankle Clinic, working with Dr. Kim Halladay, in June 2013. He treats patients with all foot and ankle issues, from ingrown toenails to bunions, hammertoes, flatfeet, diabetes and wound care, trauma, and many others.

He is married to Shelly, who spends her time as chef, taxi driver, and tutor for their five children. He is an outdoors enthusiast and enjoys backpacking, rock climbing, mountain biking, trail running, and camping. He recently built a house in Saratoga Springs and has priviledges at Northpointe Surgical Center, Mountain West Medical Center, American Fork Hospital, Timpanogos Regional Hospital and Utah Valley Regional Medical Center.
