A part of the Tampa Bay Youth Football League, a non-profit youth football & cheerleading organization located in Tampa, Florida.

The Town and Country Packers Youth Football and Cheerlieading league is a non-profit organization that participates in the Tampa Bay Youth Football League. The T-N-C Packers are operated by a team of dedicated volunteers that coordinate the football and cheerleading activities of over 250 young men and women between the ages of 5-14.

Cheerleading and Football squads of the Packers have been competing in the Tampa Bay Youth Football League since 1968.

Our mission is to provide excellent sporting activities for our football players and cheerleaders with the ultimate goal of developing each youngster into quality individuals who will be contributors to their community as well as the world in general. We value and encourage Christian values and mentor our children on a daily basis.

The T-N-C Packers are overseen by a Board of Directors made up of elected officials from inside and out of the organization. Those who serve on the Board of Directors, the football and cheerleading coaches and the general operations assistants are not compensated for their efforts other than the joy of being part of a team. We are always looking for additional volunteers and would be delighted to talk with anyone expressing an interest in our organization.
