Providing rescue, and emergency medical services to the populous of Transylvania County since 1961.

Transylvania County Rescue Squad provides multiple specialized services to the local community. Our services include:
-Search and Rescues
-Carryouts
-High Angle Rescue
-Swift Water Rescue
-Confined Space and Trench Rescue
-Heavy Rescue Extrication
-Festival, Football, and many other medical standbys
-County's overflow ambulance services at the Basic and Intermediate Level
-Medical First Responder Services

Transylvania County Rescue Squad is a volunteer based non-profit organization with over 50 volunteers.

Meetings/training are every Tuesday evening at 7:30pm unless otherwise specified.
