Tringo Cultures offers delicious, nutritious, artisan-made fermented foods and beverages through a CSA
Tringo Cultures offers products and classes on fermentation. The Winter Fermentation CSA, or CSF (Community Supported Fermentation), will supply each paying member with one installment per month of organic, fermented food hand-crafted by Trevor Ring. This CSF model supplies nutrient-dense, probiotic food while building a supportive relationship between producer and consumer.
