Prior to becoming a realtor, Nathan had a very successful career as a contractor and the owner of Riedel Construction LLC for over a decade. Nathan’s background in construction provides him with a specialized skill set that makes him an even more effective and multifaceted realtor. With expert knowledge of design, value engineering, and construction estimating Nathan understands homes from the foundation up and the exterior in, making him the ideal consultant for any home buyer or seller.

GREG BOYLE
Greg began his career in sales & marketing management where he spent his first fifteen years with two different consumer products companies in the greater Los Angeles area. In 1996, he decided to take the advice of ski film producer Warren Miller who said “just follow your heart“. This led Greg and his wife Tammy to move to Truckee, CA in the fall of 1996 in order to live their dream!

Since living in Truckee, Greg has worked for both local real estate brokerages and major developers, including American Ski Company & Marriott International at “The Village at Heavenly” project and Lahontan Realty (DMB Realty) with the communities of Lahontan & Martis Camp. His broadly based business and real estate experience has been invaluable in advising and counseling his clients over the years.
