It is the mission of Truckee Meat Company to bring back the traditional butcher shop specializing in dry aged grass fed beef, and farm fresh veal, pork, lamb and goat. We also offer organic poultry and rabbits.
Focused on service, quality and sustainability, we feature hand selected livestock with the best genetics, raised naturally or organically on U.S. West Coast small family farms. We offer custom cutting, delivery, and personalized packaging of whole carcass/sides/quarters.
Our product certifications include USDA Organic; Animal Welfare Approved; US Grass Fed and Certified Humane Raised and Handled.
