Meet Dr. Ricardo Cuevas
Dr. Ricardo Cuevas, with over 26 years of experience, was hand selected by Dr. Robert Martire to continue the tradition of caring for the dental needs of Trumbull area families. Dr. Martire said upon meeting him, “I knew you were the guy that would make this happen for us.”
Dr. Cuevas has been married to Richa for 20 years and they have a 12-year-old daughter, Eva.
Dr. Cuevas received his degree in dentistry in 1988 from the University of Iowa College of Dentistry, consistently rated in the top five dental schools in the nation.
In 1991, Dr. Cuevas was accepted to a premier Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program at the University of California in San Francisco where he received his Certificate in Advanced General Dentistry. He became a clinical instructor for San Francisco General Hospital responsible for the training for third and fourth year dental students.
Dr. Cuevas has extensive education in advanced dental procedures, Laser Assisted Periodontal Treatments, Cosmetic, Functional, Implant and Restorative Dentistry.
He was selected as an instructor for the Pacific Aesthetic Continuum training other dentists in cosmetic techniques and procedures to achieve functional and esthetic results at their highest level.
Dr. Cuevas has taken thousands of hours of Continuum Education with intensive training dedicated toward Dental Implants, Cosmetic Dentistry, and Orthodontics including Functional Appliances and Invisalign.
