Tuscaloosa Scanning & Shredding is a full document management service company. We give free demos and estimates. We scan & index all types of paper documents such as medical, legal, personnel, personal, accounting and tax information, and much more.

Document Scanning services include:
•TSS will scan Medical records, Legal files, Personal documents, Accounting documents, Receipts, DOT files and E-Fax Logs. We individually craft our document scanning services to match your specific imaging needs.
•Digitizing critical documents will streamline your business, and save you time and money. Electronic documents are easy to store, transport, route and view. They also support disaster recovery, since copies can be safely stored offsite.
•Optical Character Recognition (OCR). T.S.S. can scan your documents and convert them to images with searchable text (Full Text OCR). We use the latest technology in OCR software and can output your scanned documents as searchable PDFs or any other format you may require.
•Document preparation according to your instructions and needs.
•High or Low Volume scanning to suit your needs.
•Return original documents or destruction of originals.

Shredding
•TSS will come to your location or you can drop off your paper at our facility for destruction. We provide a secure method of document destruction. Cross cut shredding is used and cuts the documents to 1/4” x 1 ¾”. The destroyed documents are recycled at a local facility in Tuscaloosa County.
•After your documents are destroyed, you are given a Certificate of Destruction.
•Pricing for Shredding varies; we can give you a price per box, per filing cabinet drawer, or weight.

Paper Pickup and Recycling:
•If you or your company already shreds paper we will pick up the bagged paper for free and recycle it. We will also pick up other types of paper and recycle it such as old chart covers and regular un-shredded white paper. Call for questions regarding paper recycling.
