A several-mile pedestrian and bike path that currently runs from Confluence Park to Otsiningo Park
The City of Binghamton Parks Department maintains the river trails.
Groups interested in holding organized events along the River Trail must apply for a Miscellaneous Permit from the City Clerk's Office. The application fee is $10.00. Click here for the application. Permits must be submitted at least 30 days in advance of the event. It is advised that groups begin the application process prior to the 30 days. The permit process involves internal coordination to process, and depending on the event supplemental permits may be required.
