The Master Gardener Program is an Educational Outreach Program that is part of the University of Connecticut Extension System.
Master Gardener certification program is taught in five locations in the state each year, beginning in January. As part of this training, Master Gardeners commit time as volunteers working through their County's Cooperative Extension Center & the Bartlett Arboretum to provide horticultural-related information and assistance to
the community.
Our Master Gardener offices are available to answer horticultural questions that any resident of Connecticut may have. Bring your samples of disease or insect damage done to your plants to the offices for examination & diagnosis. You may also e-mail pictures & questions to the appropriate county office of your residence or property location. Check out
