A community resource in our rural area for over 30 years, Ukiah Aikido offers adult and children's classes and welcomes visitors.
An independent, inclusive aikido dojo that strives to integrate the spiritual and martial aspects of the art. Children's classes, based on age, are offered several times a week from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. Adult Basics and Basic/Intermediate classes are offered Monday and Thursday evenings, Advanced on Wednesday evening, and Tuesday evening programming is variable short courses (Low Impact, Falling, etc.) with no classes held on some Tuesdays.
