The Uniontown Community Park is a beautiful, well-maintained park supported solely by a dedicated group of volunteers and board members.
The Uniontown Community Park is a beautiful, well-maintained park supported solely by a dedicated group of volunteers and board members. The park’s 17 acres has an attractive community center that can accommodate up to 250 people, picnic shelter with grill, large picturesque gazebo, playground, veteran’s memorial, and contains a scenic wooded area with nature trails.
All of the maintenance and improvements in the park are done using volunteer labor and some donations of material, equipment, and funds. The park receives no tax or subsides from any branch of government. We are always looking for people who would like to volunteer to help maintain the park.
The park facilities are available for rental at very reasonable rates and used for community functions and social events such as: weddings, receptions, showers, anniversaries, parties, reunions, business meetings, etc.
