The Women of the Moose are getting better and better every month! We have so much fun together... enjoy time away from home, and never even leave town!

The WOTM is comprised of Members and their Qualified Guests - Friends and Families who love and adore us!!! At the Vacaville Chapter.... Real Changes are about! The Vacaville Women of the Moose (WOTM) are launching our online presence this month and we are looking forward to increasing our membership with the local women (ages 21 and above). The theme for this upcoming year is "Seasons" .... "Season's of Change and Seasons of Growth".

One thing I love most about being a WOTM member, is that I get out of the house anywhere from 1 night/day per week up to as many as I have the energy for without having to leave town or plan anything extravagant. I increased my circle of friends in a good and healthy way!

We women really enjoy each other's company, we have dinners together on Friday nights, Sunday morning breakfasts (when time permits), we have 2 meetings per month and host a big monthly fund raiser each month too. The fundraising event can be a dinner/dance, a theater show, a comedy show, fashion shows, bingo, bunko, craft bazaars, and other fun-themed events! When we raise money for the event... all proceeds goes to that charity!

Membership is a low, low annual fee (I cannot mention it exactly online), but if you call or write, I can private message you that information upon request. We don't want to solicit anyone for membership, but I can't think of one reason any one would not want to support and join us in our efforts!

The biggest question we hear is... do I have to volunteer for anything? The answer is NO, but you may want to join the efforts (and only if you want to, not because you have to).

What do we do with proceeds from membership and the events? We support the Men of the Lodge (our Fraternal Organization), our Twin Cities - Mooseheart and Moosehaven, and many local charitable causes right here in Vacaville and Solano County. All the proceeds of the event go to that charitable organization the fundraiser was held in honor of.

There are so many benefits of membership. Have a baby shower in mind? Or a wedding? A retirement party? A 50th birthday party???? Use our facilities - if you're a member! This is only one benefit of so many more!

We meet the 2nd and 4th Thursday of every month. We have a monthly calendar full of events too! I'll try to post our happenings here on facebook, so be sure to "Friend request" us to get the news... or better yet - Contact us to join.
