This unique lodging is located 25 minutes from Seattle and Tacoma. It is located on an island in Puget Sound in the heart of the Pacific Northwest. It offers a unique Western setting with Indian Teepees, Covered Wagons, Private Rooms, and plenty of space for camping. Camping is very affordable and we offer a discounted rate for AAA members. The beautiful 10 acre ranch boarders a 100 acre reserve and offers a relaxing retreat from the city.

Vashon Island is a picturesque rural island in Pudget Sound, minutes from the hassel of big city life. Deer roam free, and often visit the beautiful hostel grounds. The 3rd weekend in July is Vashon Strawberry Festival a fun time for all with street dancing, parade, craft booths and plenty of good food.
This is the hostels 29 year serving the public and the Mulhair family has owned the property for the last 40 years.
