WIC (Women, Infants, and Children) - providing nutritious supplemental foods for pregnant or breastfeeding women, infants and children up to five years of age. Vital Records - Able to provide certified copies of birth and death certificates which were recorded and filed after January 1, 1983.
Communicable Disease Control and Immunization Program - Provides survillance over the incidence of communicable diseases and provides immunizations to children and adults.
