The Memorial Park's spacious rolling vistas and carefully tended landscaping use nature to create an atmosphere of peace and consolation. In addition to traditional burial and lawn crypts, the 101-acre non-sectarian Memorial Park offers aboveground burial in its six mausoleums.
Vestal Hills Memorial Park is situated on a hillside with a beautiful panoramic view of the town of Vestal. Special care has been taken with the landscaping to highlight the beauty and uniqueness of its trees and terrain.
Visitors can find comfort in the quiet dignity of the garden areas or enjoy the breathtaking view from Liberty Terrace or the Tower of Memories Mausoleum, which serves as a well-known community landmark. Locals often visit the Tower of Memories Mausoleum at Easter for sunrise services. Other special features of Vestal Hills Memorial Park include Mirror Lake, the Garden of Love and the Garden of Devotion.
The Memorial Park also includes special sections such as Liberty Terrace, the Veterans section designated the Field of Honor, a Masonic section and a quaint gazebo for meditation. Vestal Hills Memorial Park undergoes continuing capital improvements.
A staff of 10 services the more than 350 burials each year, with more than 23,000 people interred within the park. A trust fund ensures the perpetual care and upkeep of this beautiful park and its facilities.
