Vet Hunters MMC through Vet Hunters Project is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 dedicated to preventing and ending HOMElessness for Veterans and their Families.
The Vet Hunters Military M/C was founded by Joe Leal, the founder of The Vet Hunters Project and Vartan (John) Yousoufian of The Armenian Brigade M/C. The contributors (Originals) Travis GoForth, William Valenzuela, Alex Mendoza, Jose Gonzalez and Louie Serranowere all key to the formation of the Club. The Club was formed to primarily aid the Vet Hunters Project in the fight to end Veteran Homelessness. The Vet Hunters M/C is ready to assist any of our Veterans who may call upon us in time of need. We love to ride, we love our freedom but most of all we salute, respect and love all those who served and fought in blood to preserve the life we live today!! God Bless America, God Bless our Troops and May God rest the souls of our fallen!! Vet Hunters MMC was founded to assist in ending Veteran Homelessness by 2015 and beyond. Members within the Vet Hunters MMC range from Active Duty, Reservist, Guardsmen, Veterans, Disabled Veterans, Combat Veterans from various WAR Conflicts and Military Patriots. The same dedication that we have and gave to our wonderful Country while serving is the same passion and devotion that we give this Organization. When you think of Vet Hunters MMC, think of us being like the, "e-Harmony' of homelessness. We connect the homeless person to resources all while bringing the information to where the homeless American lives. Here at Vet Hunters we "Vet Hunt," in areas such as washes, canyons, streets and under bridges to name a few. When Club members are not Vet Hunting, we are raising awareness all while bringing solutions to ending homelessness. This is made possible by extensive Vet Hunting and experience. At Vet Hunters MMC, we believe that the words Homeless and Veterans should never go together. Rather than to keep complaining, we are doing something about it. We are successful because we go beyond feeding our homeless Brothers and Sisters. Vet Hunters gives respect, love and most importantly, HOPE. Vet Hunters will partner with anyone aligned with the same goals and outcome.
We wish to present a favorable image of the American Veteran as a motorcyclist by participating in charitable events and any other function that will enhance the image of the club. The patch is meant to tell all who see it something about the people wearing it, namely that we all believed in the U.S. strongly enough to have served in its Armed Forces in order to defend the freedom of choice that we all enjoy and that we will forever defend and protect the Constitution of the United States against anyone who seek to harm or destroy it.
Our club does not and will not interfere in any other motorcycle club's internal business or dealings, nor will we allow any other club to involve themselves in our private club business. We do not bring grief to others, and will not condone others to bring grief to us. We strongly believe in and value the M/C philosophy of Honor, Respect, and Protocol.
We are a Military Veteran riding motorcycle club and seek dedicated, lifetime members who will actively support this club and its agenda. When accepting new members, we value quality more than quantity. If you think that you have what it takes and want to become part of "Our Band of Brothers," then contact us to find out more about the Vet Hunters MMC.
*****MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS*****
All prospective members must have an Honorable or General Discharge under honorable conditions from any branch of the Armed Services. All prospective members will be asked to furnish proof of military service and character of discharge by providing either a DD214 or their discharge certificate, which will be kept on file with the club. Patriots, those who have non-combat military service, and have a sincere dedication to helping Veterans and our community are also welcomed at club members. We do have a Prospecting period to ensure those who wear our patch proudly know they earned it. We are not looking for members, we are looking for dedicated Brothers. Vet Hunters are actively involved in our community and serving Veterans and children so if you do not have time to contribute, this may not be the club for you. In our Club, we believe Family 1st, Mission Always.
