Viola's is a family owned and operated modern Italian and fresh Seafood restaurant. We will be serving authentic made from scratch Italian recipes, fresh Seafood, NY style hand thrown Pizza's! Andy is a veteran restaurateur and was an Award Winning Partner for Bonefish Grill. As a Consultant this past year Andy & Helen completed the very successful restaurant makeover at Beaches at Vilano restaurant. Now Andy & Helen are excited to be opening their 8th restaurant located in South St. Augustine Beach!
Being third generation Italian from Long Island NY, Andy's love for great Italian food started at an early age taking his turn stirring the gravy for grandma where great food, family & fun was the centerpiece of the home. That's what you will find here at Viola's Pasta & Seafood!
Our vacation this past fall to Italy & Ireland celebrating our 30 year wedding anniversary gave Helen the opportunity to find her roots in Ireland. After visiting avariety of Irish bars there Helen got the inspiration to attach an Irish bar to Viola's Italian restaurant. That's where the idea for "A great Italian restaurant...with a heck of an Irish bar" was born! So get ready to "Eat like your Italian and drink like your Irish" at Viola's!
