Q: An independent video game store that buys and sells retro and new video games in Syracuse?
A: Yes.

Q: Really? Do you carry that random system I owned 15-some-odd-years-ago?
A: Yes, those are called Nintendos, we carry them. We also sell: SNES, N64, Gamecube, Wii, GBA, DS, 3DS, Sega [Genesis, Dreamcast, Saturn], Atari, Xbox, Xbox 360, Playstation, PS2, PS3, DVDs and Blu-Rays, game guides, accessories and more!

Q: So, like an oldschool EB Games, Babbages or even a GameStop -- but with retro?
A: Sure, I guess. Though we also price our items based on going market trends (including online retailers), and avoid the retail attitude of "we should charge more, because we are a brick and mortar store". We work really hard to be competitive and give you the best bang for your buck.

Q: Okay... but Im a collector and you guys probably sell all your good stuff online... :( ...
A: Turn that frown upside-down! We keep our games, including rare ones, in the store for local customers, (and collectors), and we take pride in the fact that we do NOT have an "ebay shelf" or an "amazon case".

Q: Are you run by people who love the games? A: Yes. Q: As much as I love games? A: How much do you like games? Q: A LOT!!!! A: That's a lot of exclamation points o.O

Q: Will you give me more than GameStop on trade-ins?
A: Typically, we give about twice what GS does (assuming they are still even buying what you bring them), but it depends on the items.

Q: Have you heard of that one game with Mario in it & do you have that?
A: Yes.

Q: How do you do it?
A: Magic.

Q: If I see a cheaper price at GameStop, will you match it?
A: Typically we are already lower (sometimes, by a lot)-- but if we miss something, let us know and we will drop our price on the spot. (excludes older systems that GameStop doesn't carry anymore and typically just liquidates).
