Wakefield Farmers Market

Come visit us Saturdays from 9-1 p.m. next season, June 20 - October 17, 2015. We are located on North Ave (GPS 468) on beautiful Lake Quannapowitt.

For our 7th season in 2015, we anticipate having at least 35 vendors, some coming every week and some with alternating week or occasional schedules, for an average of 20- 22 vendors each week. To date we have seven produce and/or meat/poultry/or dairy:cheese farmers. We have a great fish vendor and a wide selection of other foods, including locally produced baked goods, preserves, salsa, root beer, and Middle Eastern fare. We will also have two soap vendors and 1-3 artisans each week. Hula hoops, jump ropes, and sidewalk chalk are always on hand, as is one of our wonderful balloon twisting magicians!

We have really great music, too. Usually live, but if not, we have the best soundtrack around. :)

Along with WIC and Senior Farmer's Market coupons, we also accept SNAP/EBT as well as all credit and debit cards! How does it work? For SNAP or credit/debit cards, you will purchase "market dollars" that you can use to purchase items from the vendors.

We will continue to match SNAP/EBT purchases with up to $10 in market bucks during the 2015 season! Good food for everyone is Good for Everyone!
