WSB's art-based, nature-focused experiential learning curriculum nurtures the head, heart and hands of preschool through middle school children in Central Oregon.
NEW LOCATION at 2150 NE Studio Rd. The new location is easily accessed from most areas of Bend, as well as surrounding areas of Redmond, Sisters and Sunriver—this will help allow continued expansion of the student body and an optimum environment for learning.
We will also be maintaining our previous location on 19888 Rocking Horse Road as an Agricultural Annex, so the school can continue to foster programs in agricultural renewal and nature preservation.
We are a private, non-profit organization (501c3).
The Waldorf School of Bend (formerly Sagewood School) was founded in 1996 with a preschool class of 18 children. We have grown into a school that provides Waldorf education to 60 students, preschool through 9th grade.
Extended care is available for early drop off or late pick up. Our Early Childhood program serves organic whole foods and is accepted by DHS.
