Walla Walla Dance Festival - (509) 240-3428

Bringing Diverse Professional Dance to Southeastern Washington/Northeastern Oregon

For our 4th season, we are bringing ODC/Dance from San Francisco, Nobility Mob from Los Angeles, Amy Seiwert's Imagery from San Francisco, and Alchemy Tap Project from Seattle. Come join us! Gala performance is on Friday August 1st at 7PM in Cordiner Hall.

The WWDF is committed to bringing professional dance to our region: Classical Ballet, Modern, Tap, Hip-Hop, Jazz, American Theater and more. Regional and national dance companies and established and emerging choreographers will be invited to present their work. Performances will be family-friendly, as part of the vision of the Festival is to support and encourage young people to become acquainted with the magic of dance. Summer Dance Lab at Whitman College, the venerable pre-professional training program now in its 42nd year, will provide logistical support. In turn, dancers from the Festival-sponsored companies will teach classes and provide performing opportunities for advanced students.

We are bursting with ideas, but of course, there is a catch. We need financial support. We need your help to make this happen. True, we are looking for donors, but were also looking for people to share their time and experience with us. We are asking for your support, your dollars, and your trust that Walla Walla Summer Dance Festival will make dance shine in our community.
