This is the page for the WA HI JROTC Blue Devil Battalion. Our goal in JROTC is to motivate young people to be batter citizens. We accomplish this through leadership training and exercises, structured curriculum, a class structure modeled on Army designs, student-led activities, and uniform inspections. Through our program cadets learn leadership skills and develop a sense of respect and personal accountability
