Walnut Commons will consist of 19 condominium units in a three-story LEED compatible building with underground parking and storage. In addition to our privately-owned space, we will share a roof garden, community space on the ground floor, and other shared amenities. We are creating an intentional neighborhood under one roof. Residents commit to build and sustain community through formal and informal gatherings and planned community dinners.
