A hat is a symbol of your personality, creativity, and tells a story of who you are. I love custom work because it tells a story of you and isn't something that some else has even if you can't tell by the outer appearance of your hat. It may be shaped differently, be a unique color or style or maybe its just as simple as the name in the sweatband.
