Open year-round - a great little museum patterned after the Adirondack Museum, just 1/100th the size! Operated by the Warrensburgh Historical Society.
The story is told chronologically and includes artifacts, photographs and text. Exhibits include government, education, churches, commerce and entertainments. Water-powered industries made it an economic powerhouse by the end of the nineteenth century, employing up to 2,000 men and women in the manufacture of lumber, clothing, building components and related products.
Hours: Noon - 4 PM Wednesdays & 1-3 PM Sundays
plus 11 - 3 PM Saturdays May-October.
Entrance and parking at rear of building. Fully handicap accessible.
