The Fairview Heights Wasabi Sushi Bar opened in late 2011. It was Wasabi's 7th location!

Wasabi Sushi Bars is a company made up of talented chefs and friendly service. We all consistently strive to provide the freshest fish available without having our guests pay a premium.

We launched a new happy menu as of September 29th in honor of our loyal guests and are also offering new happy hour hours. From now on at the Fairview Heights location we will be offering Happy Hour on Monday from 5 pm - 9 pm. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5 pm-6 pm. Friday and Saturday from 2 pm - 6 pm.
