Housed in the historic Waterloo Slovenian Workmen's Home, Waterloo Brew is the newest member of the A-Z Taverns family (ABC & XYZ the Taverns, Ontario Street Cafe). The atmosphere holds onto to its "old school beer joint" roots and the food and drink promise quality, simplicity and value. Count on a great selection of beers including the house brew made in partnership with Platform Beer Co. — a craft pale ale to please the palate of our working folks. Nothing fancy-schmancy about it! Introduce yourself to the Cleveland Cheesesteak (poultry and tofu options available) and house made Slovenian sausages grilled right behind the bar just like they did decades ago.
