The Waterloo Morada Fire District is an "All Risk" firefighting, rescue and emergency services organization, also fire and life safety education.
This is the official page of the Waterloo Morada Fire District. It is created to share information about the official activities and business of the Waterloo Morada Fire District. One of the main goals of this page is to provide fire and life safety information and education to those whom reside in our response jurisdiction but also to share this type of information to any interested peoples and/or parties
The fire district was organized in 1947. It has a geographic protection area of 36 square miles which incorporates residences, commercial and industrial businesses as well as agricultural and farming lands. The service population in 2010 was over 13,000 whom reside and in a rural and country setting in the greater Stockton area located in San Joaquin county California.
The district is governed by a 5 member board, with a Fire Chief, Battalion Chiefs, Captains, Lieutenants, Engineers and Firefighters. The department is a career/combination department with a paid Firefighter Reserve program.
