The Fairbanks campus was established in 1985 at Eielson Air Force Base as an extension of the Alaska campus in Anchorage. It became an independent campus location in 1999. The campus administrative office is located at Eielson Air Force Base, 2623 Wabash Avenue, Suite 109. The campus also has an office at Ft. Wainwright Army Post in association with the Education Services Office on Montgomery Avenue.

Fairbanks offers four 11 week terms. Most of our classes are offered one night per week for 4 hours during the 11 week term. We also offer classes in a seminar format over 3 weekends, in a hybrid format combing online and face to face contact, as well as lunch hour classes.

We are an ABC school accepting military credit and all CCAF credit into a degree plan to get you to a fully accredited degree the fastest way possible.

Our primary undergraduate degree, the Bachelor of Applied Science with hundreds of specializations, may be taken through face to face classes, totally online, or any combination of the two.

Our primary graduate degree, the Master of Arts in Management, at the rate of two classes per term, can be completed in 1 1/2 years. The Master of Arts in Management is also available in a totally online format. That means that no matter where or when Uncle Same moves you, you can finish your degree with Wayland without losing hard earned college credits.

Every imaginable form of financial aid and tuition assistance is available to you, and your spouse. VA students are welcomed. We even accept concurrent enrollment for your high school junior or senior!
