Four years ago, a small company was started by two friends, John Welbourn and Joe Capppuccio. Joe and John were neighbors in Newport Beach and opened their company with the goal to provide simple, high quality Paleo & Primal snacks & foods for athletes and those looking to get healthy. John reached out to his good friend, Robb Wolf, to get involved and the project took off. Fast forward a few years and Well Food Co was born.

By adding to the line of products, Well Food Co can meet the nutritional needs of athletes competing the highest levels. But still wanted to offer the same great products you have come to expect from us.
