Jessica Hoffman is the owner of West Branch Drafting, located on the beautiful West Branch of the Ausable River in Lake Placid, New York. Owner, Jessica, has 13 years of drafting and design experience, she started working in the Field of Architectural Design in 2001 and during that time she had the pleasure of working with a local Architect. Working with the Architect gave her the opportunity to work on numerous projects throughout the Adirondack Park which included Adirondack style Great Camps, majestic Boat Houses and renovations of some of the finest examples of architecture that is known as the Adirondack influence.

Jessica specializes in designs for new home construction, additions, renovation projects, boat houses and out-buildings. Jessica has an excellent working relationship with an array of local contractors, so no job is too big or too small. She will work with clients from their first ideas, all the way through to them moving in to their new homes. She has the knowledge to assist with the permit process and explaining the local codes and requirements for construction. Jessica works closely with a local engineer so that all drawings are stamped and ready to be used for the construction process.

Utilizing the ArchiCAD program, Jessica can take the client through all of the steps of design, from Existing Condition Drawings, to the Schematic Design Plans, then Design Development Plans and finally the Construction Documents. Using this program allows her to produce 3D renderings and movies so her clients can get a virtual feel for their new homes or renovation.
