Welcome to the official Facebook events page of the West Memphis Area Alumnae Chapter (WMAAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated. This is the best way to stay abreast of all events and programs facilitated by the WMAAC in the West Memphis and surrounding areas.

The West Memphis Area Alumnae Chapter (WMAAC) of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. was chartered April 22,2005 by twenty-four sorors who
recognized the dire need to empower, encourage, and educate within their own community. Since then, the chapter has worked tirelessly to implement life enriching programs and projects.

The chapter’s outreach efforts have been recognized nationally as the recipient of the My Sister’s Keeper Award at the 48th National Convention for our contributions to the Gulf Coast Hurricane Relief. The chapter also received the Community Service Award at the 49th National Convention for accomplishments in Physical and Mental Health. WMAAC was also recognized for Exemplary Political Awareness and Involvement Programs at the 2011 Arkansas State Summit.
