The West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation (WRCRF) is a 501(C)(3) incorporated to sustain economic rejuvenation to property & commerce and promote a sense of community & historic continuity in West Reading.
West Reading Community Revitalization Foundation (WRCRF) provides community members with the tools necessary to create a healthy downtown and surrounding neighborhoods through action-oriented programs. WRCRF has an energetic and empowered board of directors, and provides its staff with the tools and support necessary to perform at exceptional levels. We maintain an exceptional level of service through continued measurement of outcomes and impact. Our work is reflected through the following characteristics: a) Quality Programs & Service; b) Sound & Stable Finances; and c) Strong & Capable Organization.
