Today, West Side operates 16 locations across the St. Paul metropolitan area, including clinics in neighborhoods, public housing sites, homeless shelters, and public high schools. Over 50% of our Board members represent the communities we serve, and more than 60% of our patient care staff is bilingual/bicultural. We are a recognized expert in increasing access to health care and related services for Latinos, Hmong, homeless people, public housing residents, and adolescents. For over 20 years, we've been a Federally Qualified Health Center, meeting rigorous federal standards related to quality of care and services, as well as cost. And we are one of four community health centers in Minnesota to achieve accreditation by the Joint Commission, the most important accrediting agency in the United States for hospitals and clinics.

Dental Services -
West Side Dental Clinic - 478 S. Robert St., St. Paul

Health Start -
Health services are offered for teens at St. Paul high schools, including AGAPE, Central, Como, Gordon Parks, Harding, Highland, Humboldt, Johnson, and Washington Technology.

Health Care for the Homeless and House Calls
Health services are offered at several homeless shelters and drop-in centers. The main clinic is located at the Dorothy Day Center -438 Main Street, St. Paul.
