West Springfield Civic Association is a non-profit organization that benefits the civic interests of the citizens of West Springfield, Virginia.
WSCA was founded in 1961 by residents of the West Springfield, Westview Hills, and Keene Mill Manor subdivisions. Volunteers serve in officer positions and perform all services supporting the Association.
We welcome anyone 18 years or older into our membership who resides in, owns property, or operates a business within Association boundaries. We encourage all residents of this area to spread the word among your new neighbors to ensure that they realize the Association is still here and thriving. We profide West Springfield citizens with a voice to resolve common concerns.
