I am a notary public working in the East Tennessee area. I also serve Bell County, Kentucky.

For loan signings, my basic fee is $75. If fax-backs are required, an additional $25 is needed. If I print the documents, an additional $25 is needed.

For basic notarizations ( ex. wills, deed without loan package, P.O.A) :

*If I come to you within White Pine, TN, or if you come to me, $10.00
*If I come to you within Jefferson (except White Pine), Grainger, Cocke, Hamblen Counties in TN, $20
*If I come to you in Bell County, KY, $30.00

***** After Normal Business Hours, a $10.00 fee will be added.****

**All other areas are as agreed to between us and the other party.**
