White Wolf Creek™

White Wolf Creek™ was founded in 2008 by Lisa Loucks Christenson. In 2010, her and her Chocolatier husband, David, opened a second location in Rochester, Minnesota specializing in wild game dinner to reflect the outdoors Lisa works in, Lisa's wildlife art, gifts, books, and of course her husbands chocolates and FUDGE!

Currently serving over 90 flavors, some are seasonal, but if you ask nice they will custom make you a batch if they can get the ingredients.

All the fudge is made is small batches to control flavor and consistency. Our fudge is like eating the center of a candy treat. Soft and creamy or try our signature White Wolf Creek Gooey Fudge™ for a plate-licking experience.

Diners trying out their eclectic bistro enjoy an ever-changing daily menu featuring vegan dishes and wild game. Some local favorites include their vegetarian lasagna, smoked ostrich, buffalo prime rib, homemade scones, and their delicious fudge. Diners or shoppers walk around the gallery bistro featuring Lisa's migrating wildlife art, photos from her nationally known Lisa's Bald Eagle Documentary among sculptures, jewelry, and other art.

On 12/12/11 White Wolf Creek™ made their debut on QVC television offering their White Ruby Mountain™, Peanut Butter Wolf Muncher™, Truffled Turtle™, and Grandma's Caramel Apple Pie signature creamy fudges.
