Free literacy tutoring for children from 3rd grade to adults including ELL learners.
For the last 48 years we have been proudly serving the Whittier community, as well as the communities of Pico Rivera, Montebello, La Habra, La Mirada and Hacienda Heights. We provide our students with flexible scheduling, confidentiality, and a personally designed curriculum that matches their individual needs.
Business hours are Monday/Wednesday- 9:30-7:00, Tuesday/Thursday- 9:30-5:30, closed for lunch from 1 - 2 and closed on Fridays. We offer tutor support workshops, Family Literacy Nights, and twice a year we have fundraisers. One fundraiser is the Soup & a Good Book Event and the other is our Scrabble Challenge Tournament.
